- Drawing or sample photos showing edge angle, thickness, mounting holes, support surfaces and critical dimensions.
- Current failure mode, such as dull edge, chipping, corrosion, contamination, wear or unstable mounting.
- Surface finish, edge safety, cleaning method, target service life and expected production quantity.
