氮化硅研磨介质球
Innovacera氮化硅研磨介质球采用滴定、滚压和CIP(冷等静压)成型3种方式制成,并在1800~2100℃下进行气压烧结。氮化硅的纯度为99%,一般如果直径尺寸大于3mm,我们会选择CIP成型方式。
